Mark Eisen joined Ann Taylor in 2002. As Senior Vice President and Head of Design, he was contracted for one year with the mandate to bring the Ann Taylor brand back to its original heritage of modern and sophisticated American sportswear. Eisen was instrumental in successfully returning the brand to its roots while infusing the label with his quintessential aesthetic. Highlights included a +28% Sales comp for the month of December 2003, the highest sales comp increase for all listed NYSE retailers for Holiday selling that year. Stockholder value increased 135% in one year.
